Regrettably, Tiny Teas do not currently ship overseas. However, we do plan on expanding our outreach globally in the future. Subscribe to our mailing list or follow us via our social channels (links below) and be amongst the first to hear about our global expansion when it is announced.

It depends on the item you are purchasing. As a general rule, individually hand-crafted garments, made at Tiny Teas HQ by production director can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. This window is to allow us to process multiple requests for hand-crafted Choob Toobs in the order we receive them. However, if we have your size and style already made up, your garment(s) will ship sooner. You will always receive an email notification once your package ships so you know to expect it in the post. Urgent requests for garments will be considered on a case by case basis. Manufactured garments will ship within 3 working days but this is stock-level dependant. If you require your items sooner than this, you can select expedited shipping at check out.

We use Royal Mail for all orders. You’ll be asked to select which delivery service (Special Delivery, 1st Class etc) during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It depends on the request and the product. Select our 'Custom Order' in our shop, check out, and one of our team will be in touch to go through the finer details. If we can accommodate your request we will, but if not, your order will be refunded.
